Equipment Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join a growing equipment dealership team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in equipment sales, agriculture, construction, industrial products, or customer-facing sales environments.

• Support customers with equipment, parts, and product inquiries
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist with sales quotes, orders, and follow-ups
• Maintain customer information and sales activity in CRM systems
• Coordinate with service and parts departments to support customers
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions
• Help drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

• Previous inside sales, counter sales, retail sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in agriculture, heavy equipment, construction equipment, industrial, automotive parts, or turf equipment industries is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Self-motivated with a strong customer-service mindset
