Roofing Sales Rep - Residential Roofs

Weather Shield Roofing & Sheet Metal is seeking driven, professional sales representatives to join our rapidly growing residential division in the DFW market. • Generate and manage residential roofing sales opportunities (company-provided and self-generated leads)
• Conduct professional roof inspections and document findings thoroughly
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance processes, and scope of work
• Present solutions, close contracts, and manage customer expectations
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within CRM systems
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, communication, and responsiveness

• Strong sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to build trust quickly and communicate effectively with homeowners
• High level of urgency and follow-through (“speed to action” mentality)
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and pipeline independently
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Experience in roofing or construction sales is preferred, but not required
