Leasing Consultant - Marquis at Brushy Creek

As a Leasing Consultant you will integrate your customer service, sales, and marketing skills to support our mission while leasing our apartment homes to interested customers. Manage your own success by attaining leasing goals and building rapport with customers and residents. Driven, service‑mindful individuals who enjoy selling a product they believe in will excel in this position.

• Lease the community
• Market the community
• Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention
• Maintain general office organization
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members
• Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs
• Make safety a top priority, ensuring the health, well‑being, and safety of team members, residents, contractors, and yourself is foremost

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Sales and customer service experience (required)
• Knowledge of on‑site management operations and Yardi software experience (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance (required)
• Ability to adhere to a set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as required
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere
• Ability to perform work responsibilities at locations other than "home" property
• Ability to travel within major metropolitan areas and may be required to attend company functions in other cities
