Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Associate role based in Justin, TX. The Sales Associate will engage residential and commercial customers, respond to inquiries, and explain the company’s construction and remodeling services. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, scheduling and attending on‑site visits, gathering project requirements, and preparing basic estimates or proposals with the project team. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM or tracking system, following up on open quotes, and supporting the closing of sales.

The Sales Associate collaborates with estimators, project managers, and office staff to ensure a smooth handoff from initial contact through project start while representing the company professionally in the local community.

• Customer service and client relationship‑building skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate clearly with homeowners and business clients.
• Sales, lead qualification, and basic negotiation skills, with comfort discussing project scopes, timelines, and pricing under guidance.
• Basic understanding of residential and commercial construction or remodeling, or a strong willingness to learn industry terminology and processes.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow‑up skills to manage multiple leads, appointments, and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with email, basic office software, and CRM or sales tracking tools, with accurate data entry and documentation habits.
• Ability to work on‑site in Justin, TX, visit local project locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with a small family‑owned team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in sales, construction, or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for attending meetings and site visits.
