Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our portable building sales team. This position offers a recoverable draw plus performance-based commission, providing strong earning potential for individuals who are driven to meet and exceed sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting sheds, barns, cabins, and other portable structures while delivering excellent service and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers on-site, over the phone, and through online inquiries
- Help customers select the right building based on their needs, budget, and property requirements
- Explain product features, customization options, pricing, rent-to-own programs, and financing plans
- Prepare quotes, sales agreements, and complete necessary paperwork
- Actively follow up on leads and customer inquiries to generate sales
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and product offerings
- Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (email, data entry, sales systems)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Reliable and able to work weekends and flexible hours
- Valid driver's license preferred
This position offers a recoverable draw plus performance-based commission. The recoverable draw provides advance earnings that are offset by future commissions. After achieving the established monthly sales goal, the Sales Representative will earn a 5% commission on all additional sales closed during that month
