Sales Consultant

Position Summary

As a Sales Consultant at One Water Marine, you will assist customers throughout the sales process, ensuring an exceptional experience by utilizing the defined sales process. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delighting customers and achieving or exceeding their volume and margin sales goals.

• Greeting and engaging with walk‑in customers, phone inquiries and online leads using One Water sales tools such as CRM.
• Developing relationships with customers by understanding their needs.
• Presenting products to customers and prospects, including reviewing features and benefits.
• Managing the sales process from start to finish: preparing quotes, completing trade evaluations, and presenting pricing to achieve margin and customer satisfaction goals.
• Partnering with the business manager for finance requirements and needs.
• Closing sales and meeting or exceeding sales goals (monthly and annual).
• Maintaining an understanding of products offered at the store, including boat models, brands, features and accessories, and staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
• Providing post‑sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Promoting repeat business by actively following up with past clients.
• Attending sales meetings and actively participating in boat shows, store and off‑site sales and customer events.
• Completing and maintaining all necessary paperwork used or needed throughout the sales process.
• Performing all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce or similar platforms).
• Prior experience in marine sales is a plus.
• Solid understanding of marine products, accessories, and boating trends is preferred.

Expect to engage in repetitive hand movements, standing or sitting for prolonged periods, occasional light lifting, frequent communication with customers, and basic motor vehicle use for business purposes.
