, you will provide Vodafone residential customers with end‑to‑end solutions for fixed-line, mobile, and internet services, based on a comprehensive understanding of their needs. *

• Engage with the store’s existing customer base, arranging in‑home appointments and delivering immediate, personalized service.
• Have the opportunity to expand the customer base by leveraging targeted, one‑to‑one outreach and referrals in areas with strong interest in our services.
• Conduct meetings focused on each customer’s unique needs, helping them choose the ideal solutions for their home or family.
• Build trusted relationships by guiding customers with responsibility, care, and personal attention at every step of their decision‑making process.
• Keep customers informed about the latest technological developments, exclusive Vodafone offers, and special benefits - adding value to their everyday lives.
• Use Vodafone’s digital tools to improve organization and work efficiency.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passionate about communication and connection
• Organised and responsible, with strong time‑management skills
• Motivated by sales targets and delivering results
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus – but not required!
