Sales Advisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales advisor to advise and assist customers to maximize sales opportunities. You will need to perform a range of functions to create an attractive environment for customers. An excellent sales advisor should be energetic and extroverted, with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be able to immerse themselves in the company's products and convey this knowledge to customers with enthusiasm.

The goal is to facilitate sales by all means to generate sustained growth.

• Arranging items on the shelves according to their popularity or other criteria
• Approaching customers to provide product advice to convince them to buy
• Providing information and other services such as managing product returns
• Finding the location of products for customers
• Handling claims in a patient and helpful manner
• Taking and recording orders through an IT system in person or via telephone/email
• Updating customer details in databases
• Efforts to meet objectives
• Supervising shelf inventories and unloading new products if necessary
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment in the store
