Responsibilities- Engage inbound leads with energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Build trust and guide customers through their shed-buying experience
- Communicate clearly from the first call to the final delivery
- Take ownership of every sale without excuses
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics weekly and monthly
- Collaborate with teammates and celebrate wins together

- Two years of sales experience preferred (we'll train the right person with grit and drive)
- Excellent communication and listening skills, both verbal and written
- Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to crush goals
- Comfortable using CRM tools and tracking performance metrics
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus
Compensation $85,000+ at plan Base + commission
