Job Title

Our Renault dealership in Neufchâtel is looking for its next head of used vehicles group (f/h). As a true leader, you are driven by challenges and naturally lead others in achieving goals! As head of the used vehicles group, your role focuses on the following four areas:

Strategic and budgetary pilotage:
In liaison with your sales manager, you participate in the development of the annual budget and sales plan. You ensure the achievement of volume, margin, and service objectives. You ensure the rigorous follow-up of budgetary commitments and the reporting of activity.

Management:
As a true leader, you animate, motivate, and organize the sales team on a daily basis. You coach salespeople on the ground to develop their skills and support them during client meetings.

Commercial development:
You actively participate in the development of the customer base. You prospect, develop, and retain the client portfolio through targeted actions. You supervise the entire sales cycle of products and services. You ensure the proper management of the customer file and optimize the management of used vehicle returns, including their estimation.

Every day, you organize the functioning of the service and ensure administrative compliance. You ensure compliance with internal procedures. Finally, you pilot the quality approach and follow customer satisfaction indicators to ensure service excellence. A true man of the field, you promote teamwork, you are competitive and you have a taste for results. You are recognized for your relationship skills, your seriousness, and your organization.
