As an Appointment Setter, you will play an important role in creating a strong first impression for prospective customers. This position is focused on helping homeowners take the next step by understanding their needs, confirming their interest, and ensuring consultations are scheduled smoothly with the right team members.
Responsibilities- Confirm homeowner interest, availability, and service needs before booking consultations.
- Coordinate calendars between prospects and sales representatives efficiently.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience interacting with homeowners to qualify service needs and address basic objections is a plus.
- Experience coordinating schedules and follow-ups is a plus.
