• E-Commerce Management – Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor and update product availability, ensuring accurate information on the website.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and optimize user experience.
• Manage online order fulfillment processes, liaising with logistics and supply chain teams for timely delivery.
• Analyze website traffic, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and updating sales reports.
• Provide support in preparing sales presentations, reports, and customer proposals.
• Handle customer escalations related to e-commerce orders, ensuring swift resolution.
• Maintain CRM databases, updating customer records and ensuring data accuracy.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with marketing, CD and logistics teams to ensure seamless e-commerce operations; partner with Finance to process payments, returns, and refunds; contribute to sales strategy with insights from e-commerce trends and customer behavior.

• Education: University degree in Business Studies (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, etc.) or Applied Sciences (Engineering, Technology); post-graduate level preferred. 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Languages: Excellent command of Greek and English.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
• Other: Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable).
