Regional Sales Manager

As Regional Sales Manager you will take on a key role in the strategic and operational management of our regional sales. Your focus will be equally on achieving ambitious sales and margin targets and on the leadership, motivation and active development of your sales team. Through skillful interface management and the targeted care of strategic key customers you will secure our sustainable growth.

You will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities and actively shape the future of our sales.

Education:

You have a completed degree (technical, economic or scientific) or a commercial education with corresponding many years of professional experience.

Experience:

You bring 4–6 years of solid professional experience in the industrial or capital goods sector.

Leadership:
You are characterized by a sovereign personnel management with a pronounced strength in employee coaching, conflict management and de-escalation.

Competencies:

You convince with pronounced analytical skills, coupled with high commercial competence and entrepreneurial thinking.

Language skills:
You communicate negotiation-secure in German and English.

Tools:
You are confident in using MS Office, Google Tools as well as PowerBI; SAP knowledge is an advantage for you.
