Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products, and actively service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where partners represent Cintas as the face of the company to customers.

• Build rapport with key decision makers and act as the face of Cintas.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver’s license.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment.
• Documentation of prior employment.

• Physical ability to meet job demands.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self‑motivation and teamwork to meet goals.
