Position Overview
As a Universal Banker at PNC in Littleton, CO, you will deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. You will manage the customer experience, collaborate with ecosystem partners, and position PNC solutions to grow revenue and loyalty.
ResponsibilitiesAcquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet.
Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement.
Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring completion in an efficient and accurate manner.

Typically requires an associate’s or equivalent degree or comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service). Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00 (may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience and education).
