Business Development Coordinator (BDC)

Job Title

Ancira South Park Nissan is seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our team.

Schedule:

Alternating 8-8 M-F with 1 day off during the week;
Fixed lunchtime;
Closed Sundays. Must Work Saturdays.

Expect Entry Level $40,000 to Expert Level $100,000 Per Year Compensation

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound internet leads, phone calls, texts, and email inquiries
• Record and send personalized video messages to introduce yourself, answer questions, and showcase inventory that best suits the customer's interests/needs
• Set and confirm customer appointments with the Sales Team
• Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, and phone prospects
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the customer buying journey
• Accurately log all customer interactions, notes, and appointment statuses in the CRM
• Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Product Specialists to ensure a seamless experience
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead response, appointment, and follow-up goals

• Prior experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive experience helpful)
• Comfortable appearing on camera and using video communication tools (e.g., Snapcell, Covideo, or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette and presentation
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication platforms
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred
