Sales Administrator
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to lead our sales pipeline reporting process. Your daily job duties include updating information about existing and future communities for various builders, preparing pricing documentation, and assisting with various other customer related sales issues. We prefer candidates who have at least one year of experience in administrative roles.
Supervisory responsibilities include none.
Duties/
Responsibilities include:
- Contact builders to obtain critical information about communities that are in process or planned in the future.
- Update sales pipeline tools with appropriate data as communities progress.
- Generate monthly sales reports.
- Responsible for data collection, tracking with homebuilders.
- Maintaining contracts with all the builders to make sure pricing is updated.
Required skills/abilities include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and work independently.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
- Able to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines.
- Detailed oriented individual who can build relationships quickly.
Education and experience include:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience as a Sales Administrator or other administrative role.
Physical requirements include:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Ability to travel throughout facility as required to conduct safety inspections.
