D1 Training Jollyville is looking for a high-energy, competitive, and social-media-savvy team member to help us grow our community both online and in person!
We’re looking for someone who loves fitness, loves people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and knows what’s trending on social media before everyone else does.
What You’ll Do- Make 175+ outbound calls per day to leads with an emphasis on speed-to-contact
- Follow up consistently and turn leads into appointments and memberships
- Build genuine relationships with prospective athletes and families
- Identify client goals and confidently recommend the right D1 program
- Overcome objections and close the sale
- Keep lead notes and follow-ups organized and up to date
- Create engaging content featuring our athletes, coaches, workouts, and community
- Stay up to date on social media trends, sounds, formats, and viral content
- Help manage Instagram, Tik Tok, and other social platforms
- Respond to comments and DMs and turn online engagement into real conversations
- Represent D1 at local events and help grow our presence in the community
- Are high-energy every day—even at 5 AM and 5 PM
- Can confidently make 175+ calls a day
- Love sales and want to be THE CLOSER
- Are active on social media and know what's trending
- Love creating content and aren't afraid to be on camera
- Are passionate about fitness, sports, and helping people
- Are competitive, coachable, organized, and driven
- Follow up quickly and understand that persistence pays off
- Take initiative and don't need to be told what to do
- Believe that if you're early, you're on time
You don't love fitness, aren't comfortable making lots of calls, don't enjoy sales, aren't willing to create content, or aren't a team-oriented, growth-minded person.
