Qualifications:

Valid P&C license highly preferred

Previous experience in insurance, customer service preferred

Ability to build rapport with clients/prospects

Strong negotiation skills

Sales Forecasting The Licensed Insurance Producer will be responsible for:

Generating new business by prospecting and networking

Meeting with potential clients to assess their insurance needs

Providing clients with customized insurance solutions

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Account management alongside service CSR team Meeting or exceeding sales goals

Forecasting sales and developing sales strategies

Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulation
