Evolution Well Services is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to expand our shale footprint. Based in Midland, TX, you will lead new client development for electric fracturing fleets and collaborate with operations to transition contracts to field execution.
You will build a robust sales pipeline, analyze fleet economics, and craft competitive proposals and bids while maintaining strong relationships with major E&P stakeholders. Travel 25–75% as required.
