The After Sales Service Department Associate provides administrative and transactional support to the Salesteam.

This role focuses on expediting, documentation accuracy, and customer follow-up to ensure a high level of service after the sale is completed.

• Dedicated support to answer or coordinate responses for all requests from the assigned customers.
• Ensurehigh levelsof customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Become familiar and stay knowledgeable on ourinventory.
• Comply with inventory control procedures andRMA’s.
• Enter Quotesand Order, andorderverification.
• Expedite orders and incoming PO’s and Salesorders.
• Advisesales of any changes on incoming PO’s and Sales orders
• Update Sales orders with any changes to customer information
• Othersales/expediting duties as assigned bymanager.

  21 Experience Preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• At least twoyears of administrative experience is preferred
