Prince Health is a growing, patient-focused clinic in The Woodlands seeking a motivated and energetic Appointment Setter / Lead Coordinator to join our in-office team.

This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, professional, confident on the phone, and motivated by results. The primary responsibility is contacting warm leads generated through our marketing campaigns and scheduling qualified appointments.

• Make outbound calls to warm leads throughout the day
• Use company-approved scripts to schedule appointments
• Manage and follow up with leads in a timely manner
• Enter accurate customer information into the system
• Maintain a professional, friendly tone on every call
• Handle objections and rejection with confidence and resilience
• Track performance metrics and results
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently

• Prior experience in telemarketing, marketing, customer service, or appointment setting preferred
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Comfortable being on the phone for most of the workday
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and motivated by performance metrics
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets)
• Good computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly
• Reliable, coachable, and able to work independently in an in-office environment

• Base pay plus performance-based commission
