Outside Sales Representative

Trillium Professional has a direct hire opportunity in the Beaumont area for an Outside Sales Representative.

• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  Find new commercial clients, fleet managers, and owner-operators through cold calls, site visits, and daily outreach.
• Customer Consultation:
  Assess client transportation or repair needs to recommend the right diesel trucks, parts, or service packages.
• Sales Presentations:
  Demonstrate vehicle features, explain diesel engine specs, and present clear price quotes and proposals.
• Deal Closing and Paperwork:
  Negotiate terms, secure deposits, and complete sales orders or service agreements according to company policy.
• Account Management:
  Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and handle follow-up service needs.

Annual salary is $85k/year.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  3 to 5 years of experience in commercial diesel, or fleet service sales
• Technical Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of diesel engines, heavy-duty transmissions, and commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Communication:
  Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
