Stamford Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a part-time Marketer to build referral relationships, grow admissions, and make our facility the first name hospital discharge planners and local families think of. If you love getting out in the community, telling a good story, and seeing your work turn into real admissions, this role is for you.
Facility: Stamford Nursing and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center
Location: Stamford, TX
Status: Part-time
Our census depends on the relationships we build with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and the families they guide. As our Marketer, you are the face of Stamford Nursing and Rehabilitation to those referral sources. You will bring in new admissions, keep our current referral partners engaged, and tell the story of the care our nurses and therapists deliver every day. You will work closely with our Admissions team and clinical leaders so that every referral is followed by a smooth, well-informed admission.
Whatyou'll do
Visit hospitals, physician offices, home health agencies, assisted living communities, and other referral sources on a regular schedule, and build lasting relationships with discharge planners and case managers.
Give facility tours to prospective residents, families, and referral partners, and follow up promptly after every visit.
Work with Admissions to respond to referrals quickly, track leads from first contact to admission, and report on census opportunities.
Present our clinical strengths, such as short-term rehab, wound care, and long-term care, clearly and accurately to referral sources.
Plan and run community events, in-services, and lunch-and-learns for referral partners.
Keep our online presence current, including our website, Google Business Profile, social media, and online reviews, working with the Administrator on approvals.
Create simple marketing materials such as flyers, service sheets, and email updates.
Keep our CRM or referral log up to date and share a short weekly activity and lead report with leadership.
Track competitor activity and market trends in the Stamford area, and share ideas for new referral opportunities.
1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or admissions, ideally in healthcare, senior living, or skilled nursing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and confidence walking into a hospital or physician office and starting a conversation.
Comfort with basic tools like email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, social media, and a CRM.
Good organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage your own schedule and priorities.
A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license, with mileage reimbursed for local travel.
Ability to pass a background check and meet the facility's health screening and vaccination requirements.
