Job PurposeThe Director of Event Sales is responsible for driving event revenue and expanding Puttery The Colony's presence throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market. This is an outreach with intention sales role. Success means more than responding to inbound inquiries.
The Director is expected to actively create business by building a strong local network, developing their own book of business, reconnecting with past clients, prospecting new opportunities, and becoming a visible representative of Puttery throughout the community. From corporate outings and holiday parties to celebrations, social events, networking functions, and large-scale buyouts, this role connects people with an experience they will want to return to and recommend to others.
The Director owns their sales goals, pipeline, relationships, and results. The expectation is simple: know the market, know your clients, create opportunities, follow through, and grow the business. Goals establish the target, not the ceiling.
