Responsibilities include:

* Lead, develop and streamline support functions and maintain DoD Acquisitions SOPs

* Gather, analyze, and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of programs.

* Support and develop reports, including statutory and regulatory reports.

* Identify internal and external issues that may impact the customer and take appropriate action.

* Draft, consolidate, coordinate and edit executive-level documentation to ensure consistency with organizational strategic objectives; apply an in-depth knowledge and understanding of DoD/IC issues, policies, programs and procedures affecting the customer

* Support activities that assist the executives in assessing what programs are within schedule and cost baselines, be able to recommend viable solutions to problems, and the pursuit of alternative courses of action.

* Make recommendations and prepare briefings, point papers and other materials based on analysis of complex policy issues and documents

* Participate in external committees, working groups and task forces

* Analyze and assign or perform actions as appropriate

* Manage and execute the end-to-end action tracking process; develop standard operating procedures and serve as facilitator for user requirements.

* Monitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meeting deadlines and quality expectations; prepare periodic reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late, pending and new actions.

* Disseminate policy and legislative changes to appropriate parties internal to the customer

* Draft, proofread, edit and provide final review of internal and external correspondence, Weekly Activity Report, point papers, and briefings.

* Coordinate and maintain presentations for audiences up to the customer level; maintain a quality control process for all presentations.

* Manage records generated during the execution of the projects and programs in accordance with regulations, as well as customer Directives and Instructions
