$17.21 per hour

Part‑Time Flex Officer
:
Hours will vary based on need. This role fills scheduling gaps and responds to short‑notice operational needs and offers a flexible pathway to full‑time employment based on performance. A valid State of Texas Level 2 Security License is required.

• Patrol assigned premises to prevent visual hazards and unauthorized entry.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and access control points diligently.
• Report safety violations and property damage to supervisors immediately.
• Respond to facility emergencies and alarms with urgency.
• Write clear daily logs and detailed incident reports.
• Provide a high‑quality, professional customer service presence.

• Active Texas Level 2 Security Officer License (Mandatory).
• High school diploma or equivalent educational credential.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Pass a mandatory pre‑employment drug screening.

• Maintain a highly adaptable, flexible weekly work schedule.
• Willingness to work mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to accept open shifts on short notice.
• Status:
  Part‑time with definitive full‑time advancement potential.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security – Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre‑employment screening process, including drug screening and background investigation.
