SOC Operator

Job Overview

As an SOC Operator, you will monitor the Surveillance Operations Centre systems and records, identify, investigate and report security and non‑compliant incidents and respond accordingly based on the regulatory compliance framework and on security protocol processes.

• Monitoring SOC systems to detect security and compliance incidents.
• Reviewing CCTV footage and investigating complaints or alarms.
• Preparing and submitting incident reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of security systems.
• Managing databases related to security operations.

• Hands‑on experience in the security operations of large organizations (e.g. banking, telecoms, retail).
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent understanding of the surveillance and security protocol.
• Good knowledge of security monitoring systems and operations.
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with the gaming legal & regulatory framework will be considered an asset.
• Availability to work in shifts.
