Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a financial location;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal management;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned indoor and outdoor areas, including entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter access points;
Monitor access activity and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing surroundings, verifying credentials when required, and reporting suspicious behavior;
Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns in appropriate reports, logs, and communication systems according to site expectations
