• Maintain a visible presence throughout the property by walking the grounds daily
• Respond to noise complaints and help de‑escalate situations professionally
• Assist residents with lockouts and other non‑emergency needs
• Monitor common areas like pools, laundry rooms, and fitness facilities
• Check lighting and report maintenance needs to the management team
• Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or vehicle violations
• Support overall community safety through routine patrols
• Contact local law enforcement when appropriate, in accordance with policy

• Active or retired law enforcement officer OR military background
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain calm and professionalism in all situations
• Detail‑oriented with excellent observational skills
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and follow company policies
