Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access control points by verifying credentials, screening visitors, processing entries and exits, and documenting site access activity in accordance with location requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including restricted areas, entry points, and perimeter zones, to help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations.
• Support security-related operations within a chemical and petrochemical environment by following post orders, observing for hazards or irregular conditions, and communicating concerns through established reporting channels.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
