Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, access points, parking facilities, and the business perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns;
Monitor access to the financial services location, verify visitor authorization as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation;
Support a professional office environment by reporting unusual activity, access-control issues, and facility concerns to appropriate personnel
