Job Title: Ironworker (Non and NCCER Certified)

Location: West Odessa, TX

Pay: $33-36/hr + $110 daily per diem for 7 days

Hours: 6/10's schedule Monday-Saturday. Occasionally Sunday.

We are currently seeking a skilled Ironworkers for the build of a direct carbon capture plant. This role involves precise layout, assembly, welding, and installation tasks under the direction of project supervisors.

• Lay out, position, align, and fit components together for installation.
• Operate welding equipment for arc, submerged arc, or gas welding.
• Utilize riggings or cranes to hoist equipment and tools into place.
• Ensure the vertical and horizontal alignment of structural steel members using plumb bobs, lasers, transits, and levels.
• Securely connect columns, beams, and girders with bolts as per blueprints and supervisory instructions.
• Perform cutting, bending, and welding of iron/steel materials using metal shears, torches, and welding gear.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as required by project demands.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial construction or maintenance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of safety protocols, including MSDS sheet management.
• Proficient understanding of equipment setup and structural installation.
• Must possess all required tools for the trade.
• Expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces, potentially exceeding 300 ft.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and adapt to environmental challenges.
• Availability for overtime, nights, and weekends as dictated by project needs.
