We are seeking a skilled carpentry contractor to partner with us as an independent contractor to support residential construction and remodeling projects, including finish carpentry and detail work. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced craftsman who takes pride in precision work and high-quality finishes.

The independent contractor will provide carpentry services, which may include:

• Interior and exterior carpentry
• Finish carpentry and trim installation
• Cabinet and millwork installation
• Punch list and detail work
• Carpentry work related to remodeling and renovation projects
• Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Coordinating with project teams and other trades
• Ensuring work meets quality standards

• Demonstrated carpentry experience
• Experience with residential remodeling preferred
• Operates an independent business entity or sole proprietorship
• Own tools, equipment, and transportation
• General liability insurance (COI required)
• Ability to manage schedule and workload independently
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Reliable communication and professionalism

• Project-based or negotiated per scope
• Payment terms outlined in contractor agreement
• Opportunity for ongoing project work based on performance and availability

This is an independent contractor opportunity. The selected professional will not be considered an employee of Gill Construction and will be responsible for their own taxes, insurance,

licensing, and business expenses.
