DFW Electric Group is seeking experienced, reliable, and highly skilled Journeyman Electricians to join our growing Electrical Service and Construction team. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in their craft, value safety and quality, and enjoy working on a consistent pipeline of commercial and industrial projects. You will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs while representing our company with professionalism and integrity on every job site.

Key Responsibilities- Arrive at service calls and job sites on time and prepared
- Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform all types of electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in compliance with all applicable codes
- Provide accurate estimates for job costs and timelines prior to starting work
- Obtain customer authorization and signatures before beginning services
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Communicate immediately with customers and management if plans need to change
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems as requested
- Utilize required safety equipment and follow all safety regulations and company guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Keep service vehicles stocked with commonly used materials
- Inspect tools and equipment at the start of each shift to ensure proper operation
- Ensure customer satisfaction before departing the job site
- Report job updates, issues, and documentation accurately to management
- Participate in rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Texas driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems (residential experience is a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Professional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- A professional review / drug screening will be completed as part of the onboarding process, in compliance with applicable laws
- 42.00+ per hour, based on experience
