Who We Are
Texas Pride Fuels is an experienced full-service diesel and lubricant supplier to the oil and gas industry. We specialize in on-site automated frac fueling service all over Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico.
What You’ll DoMaintain service operations by inspecting, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and heavy trucks.
What We’re Looking ForExperienced mechanic with strong background in diesel and auto maintenance.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs: change oil, oil filter, fuel filter, transmission flush, AC, air brakes, lights, horn, lift and install heavy components and inspection of vehicle for mechanical deficiencies, etc
- Experience with fuel pump equipment and hoses
- Familiar with DOT and other rules and regulations as pertained to vehicle maintenance and compliance
- Ability to keep a clean and safe work environment that complies with OSHA standards
- Ability to maintain communication with drivers and management regarding maintenance and service of vehicles and equipment
- Accurately record all maintenance activity on company documentation
- Monitor Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) for commercial vehicles (Tractor Trailer, Bobtail, Fuel Trailer and Pick-up Trucks)
- Perform all purchasing functions, such as issuing purchase orders (PO’s), etc
- Springtown, TX.
- Monday thru Friday, on-call weekends possible
- 10 hour shifts
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- Satisfactorily pass a drug, alcohol and background check
- Pass a DOT physical or "Fit for Duty" physical exam
- Must be insurable to drive company vehicles
- Ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to speak, write and read the English language
- Ability to handle the daily physical requirements of the work
- Starting hourly rate of $25-$28, commensurate with experience
- $300 sign-on bonus
