Roof Repair Technician​/Flashing Installer - Waco​/Temple​/Killeen

Job Overview

Quick Roofing is hiring an experienced Flashing Installer to support our residential and builder repair operations across the Waco/Temple/Killeen area. This role is focused on precision flashing work
—not full reroofs.

• Install and repair roof flashing systems, including:
  • Counter-flashing
  • U-channel
  • Z-flashing
  • Through-wall flashing
  • J-flashing/Turn back
  • Pre-flashing at metal roof tie-ins
• Perform flashing work at chimneys, walls, valleys, roof-to-wall transitions, and penetrations
• Work alongside shingle and metal roofing systems
• Identify and correct improper or missing flashing
• Take clear before-and-after photos
• Report footage installed when required
• Maintain clean, safe job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and supervisors

• 2+ years experience installing residential flashing (required)
• Strong understanding of water-shedding and roof-to-wall transitions
• Experience with metal and shingle roof interfaces
• Comfortable working on pitched roofs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic smartphone skills (photos, work orders, communication)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
