About the Role
We're looking for a dependable Certified Assistant Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations at our residential community. This role helps keep the property safe, clean, and well‑maintained for all residents.
Responsibilities
* Assist with repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
* Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
* Help with unit turns, painting, and basic carpentry
* Perform routine property inspections and preventative maintenance
* Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds
* Support the Lead Maintenance Technician as needed
Requirements
* Maintenance certification (EPA, HVAC, or similar) preferred
* Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
