HVAC/Plumbing Service Dispatcher
Trade Management, in partnership with a reputable HVAC & Plumbing contractor in Buda, TX, is seeking an organized and customer?focused Service Dispatcher to coordinate field service calls and support daily operations for HVAC and plumbing service teams.

Position Overview
The Service Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling, routing, and dispatching HVAC and plumbing service technicians, ensuring efficient response times, accurate communication, and top?tier customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast?paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Dispatch HVAC and plumbing service technicians based on skill level, location, and priority
* Coordinate service schedules and update technicians in real time
* Answer inbound service requests and assist customers professionally
* Communicate with field teams regarding job details, changes, and updates
* Monitor service board and adjust assignments as needed
* Track job statuses and update service management software
* Provide exceptional customer service with positive interactions
Requirements
* Prior dispatch, customer service, scheduling, or call center experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to read and interpret schedules and service needs
* Comfortable using dispatch/service software and multi?line phone systems
* Reliable transportation to the office location in Buda, TX
* Professional, organized, and able to work in a team environment
