Dozer Equipment Operator

Job Purpose:

A Dozer Equipment Operator at 3B DOZER SERVICE LLC will be responsible for driving and controlling a bulldozer to level land, move earth, and clear construction sites. The operator will work under supervision to ensure safety and meet project goals effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate heavy machinery, specifically bulldozers, to perform tasks such as leveling land, moving earth, and clearing construction sites.

Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and maintenance to ensure machinery is in safe and efficient working condition.

Adhere to all safety procedures and ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation and project completion.

Collaborate closely with other construction workers to maintain project timelines and achieve project goals.

Work in various weather conditions while maintaining physical fitness to perform job duties effectively.

Education:

Technical knowledge in understanding how to properly operate and maintain heavy equipment.

Must possess a valid driver's license or

Experience:

Experience in operating heavy machinery, specifically bulldozers.

Experience in performing pre-operation equipment checks and maintenance.

Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Required

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with supervisors and team members.

Able to lift 50+lbs when needed.

Ability to work well with others to ensure project goals are met.

Physical fitness to handle the demands of operating heavy machinery.

Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Close collaboration skills with other construction workers to maintain project timelines.
