Key Responsibilities:

As a Roadside Diesel Technician, your primary duties will involve: •  Responding Quickly:
Attend dispatched jobs promptly and safely, providing timely roadside assistance. •  Diagnosing Failures:
Accurately assess mechanical and electrical issues on-site, including engine, transmission, and suspension problems, and perform repairs with professionalism and urgency. •  Performing Repairs:
Conduct repairs on various systems, including diesel engines, brakes, tires, and electrical components, ensuring compliance with safety standards. •  Documentation:
Use digital tools for inspections and maintain communication with dispatch, documenting parts used, labor performed, and repair results. •  Customer Interaction:
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional interactions, addressing concerns and providing clear explanations of repairs.

Working Conditions:

Qualifications:
