Yard Associate

Porter / Yard Worker

• Stationing and retrieving equipment on the location's property.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as necessary to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost or damaged items.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral).
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• General mechanical aptitude.
• Safety focus.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

Base Pay Range: $17.75 - $23.72. Starting rate of pay may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
