General Laborer

This is a field-based, hands‑on position in which successful candidates contribute to the construction of a solar field. This position supports the mechanical scope.

Activities/Responsibilities/Duties:

• String Line
• Laser
• Pile Shakeout
• Pile Remediation
• Tracker Shakeout
• Huck & BOM
• MIB
• Damper
• Module Staging
• Tracker QA/QC
• Module QA/QC
• SPC Controller

Skills/Abilities:

• Able to lift 50+ pounds
• Able to perform repetitive actions such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods
• Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with colleagues and supervisors
• Experience working on construction projects preferred
• This position requires working outdoors in various extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, and cold
• May include exposure to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction‑related hazards

Education:

• GED or equivalent education preferred
