Since inception the company has expanded into sewer imaging, inspection, and locating sewer mains and laterals using the latest technology on the market. The company also performs inspection work and services on utility projects throughout the United States.

- Locate underground utilities for clients and property owners based on 811 tickets and per 811 dig laws.
- Use utility maps, as-built civil engineering drawings, GIS information, and various pipe and electronic locating equipment.
- Utilize flags and/or paint to mark the location of underground utilities.
- Prepare reports, forms, and memos documenting work completed, problems encountered, and resolutions.
- Take photographs of located utility lines for each 811 ticket.
- Investigate and document excavations that result in damage to underground utilities.
- Use a cell‑phone based app to record locating marks, photos, and documentation for clients, excavators, and property owners.
- Participate in an on‑call rotation schedule.
- Minimum 2 years of locator experience.
- Know best locate practices, procedures, and 811 law.
- Ability to read and interpret utility maps and as-built civil engineering drawings.
- Maintain cleanliness and good operating condition of all provided equipment and vehicle.
- Maintain a tobacco‑free vehicle.
- Locate underground utilities using multiple locating methods.
- Understand and follow written and oral instructions.
- Maintain small‑ to medium‑sized equipment and trucks.
- Complete paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Communicate and interact effectively with coworkers, supervisors, the general public, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel (75%+).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Pass a drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain a DOT physical certification.
- Must be available to work varying schedules and overtime.
