FIM is seeking a full-time, Field Service Diesel Mechanic in Seminole, Texas, to work in a fast-paced, established organization.
Responsibilities- Travel to job sites
- Provide preventative maintenance services for vehicles (gas and diesel) and heavy machinery.
- Troubleshoot/diagnose/repair mechanical issues with vehicles (gas and diesel) and heavy machinery.
- Facilitate after-hours service calls, when necessary
- Assist in the shop when not on a call.
- Effective problem-solver
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to conflicts/changes in schedules.
- Highly productive with minimal supervision
- Field Service Diesel Mechanic experience a PLUS
