• 3-5 years’ Heavy Equipment Mechanic and Diesel Repair experience required
• Certificate from Tech school or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems knowledge
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work with various machines and tools
• Experience working in small teams
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Ability to fill out logs on all equipment worked on
• Safety-first mindset
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to work in all outside weather conditions
• PPE required: steel toed boots, heat-resistant gloves, protective mask, ear plugs, safety glasses

• Welding experience preferred
• Extensive safety training
