Moss, the #1 Solar EPC Contractor of 2025, is hiring Solar General Laborers to support our growing solar project in Guthrie Texas. If you’re hardworking, dependable, and interested in learning a trade in the solar industry, we’d love to hear from you.

Starting Pay: $20/hour

• Working outdoors with a construction crew
• Assisting with site preparation and material handling
• Learning how solar projects are built
• Using basic tools and equipment
• Keeping the job site clean, organized, and safe

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from the project site
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Commitment to safety and teamwork

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the workday
• Work safely in various weather conditions

No solar experience required.

Pre‑employment drug screening required.
