Provide leadership, instruction, and guidance to other craft workers in work crew, assisting Foreman;
Build, position, and dismantle scaffolds and temporary structures according to sketches/blueprints;
Inspect base surfaces, measure and cut materials, and select proper tools;
Ensure safety and project rule compliance; observe and apply math to plan work;
Set up and brace scaffolding, ladders, walkways, and platforms; maintain and clean tools
