Perform maintenance duties including HVAC repairs and adjustments, plumbing, light carpentry/construction, and appliance repair;
Maintain grounds and common areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety;
Attend daily staff meetings and communicate with management on vendor appointments and required work;
Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs;
Be on call for emergencies after hours
