Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable, high‑quality service to commercial clients. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems, support scheduling, and identify service opportunities.

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
• Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after‑hours on‑call rotations.
• Accurately document all service details using iPads.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
• Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.

USD 26.00/Hr.
USD 40.00/Hr.
Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $3,000 for qualified candidates.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician.
• EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
• Basic comfort with mobile apps and technology.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.
• May require a Journeyman's license in some states; may require state‑specific licenses.

• Must safely work at heights up to 28‑32 feet and operate equipment within manufacturer weight limits.
• Must lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment, including ladders, up to 100 lbs.
• Must bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach into confined spaces, and perform twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks.
• Must maintain physical stamina for repetitive tasks and extended activity.
• Must stand, sit, walk, and climb ladders throughout the day.
• Must use vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuously.
• Must operate work‑related equipment such as iPads, cell phones, and computers.
• Must travel to customer sites as needed.
• Occasionally work in an office environment.
• Follow all applicable safety procedures.
