Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to deliver reliable, high‑quality service to commercial clients. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems, support scheduling, and identify service opportunities.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair HVAC/R systems, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic components.
- Perform maintenance and emergency service, including after‑hours on‑call rotations.
- Accurately document all service details using iPads.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory to the highest standards.
- Communicate clearly with customers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery.
- Identify additional service opportunities and share them with customers.
USD 26.00/Hr.
USD 40.00/Hr.
Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $3,000 for qualified candidates.
Seasonal Bonuses: Available for high performance.
Company Vehicle: Fully equipped van with gas card.
Paid travel: Port‑to‑port travel is paid with no unpaid downtime.

- Minimum 2 years recent experience as an HVAC/R field technician.
- EPA certification and a valid driver’s license.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and work plans.
- Basic comfort with mobile apps and technology.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.
- May require a Journeyman's license in some states; may require state‑specific licenses.
- Must safely work at heights up to 28‑32 feet and operate equipment within manufacturer weight limits.
- Must lift, carry, and maneuver tools and equipment, including ladders, up to 100 lbs.
- Must bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach into confined spaces, and perform twisting, pushing, and pulling tasks.
- Must maintain physical stamina for repetitive tasks and extended activity.
- Must stand, sit, walk, and climb ladders throughout the day.
- Must use vision, hearing, and verbal communication continuously.
- Must operate work‑related equipment such as iPads, cell phones, and computers.
- Must travel to customer sites as needed.
- Occasionally work in an office environment.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures.
